Naira Marley Shares Interesting Inspiration Behind The Lyrics Of His Track “Dido Lobo”
Nigerian street hop artist, Naira Marley has revealed what inspired the lyrics to his single ‘Dido Lobo.’
Naira Marley has consistently drawn criticism for the explicit nature of his lyrics and music videos.
The Marlian President, who is also regarded as the king of raunchy music, has addressed rumours that one of his songs contains explicit sexual content.
The popular song which featured C Blvck and Mohbad had some raunchy lines to the lyrics it and the singer has shared the inspiration behind it.
Taking to Twitter, Naira explained that there is a misconception about what he sang in Yoruba.
He wrote: “When I said “oni fisi kowole, Mofi ito si o yo wole” I was talking about how I helped a girl put thread in needle”

Naira Marley stated that being a “bad guy” does not prevent him from having a strong relationship with God.
In the latest issue of Crack Magazine, which features Naira Marley on the cover, the controversial rapper stated this while reflecting on his relationship with God.
According to the “Montego Bay” crooner, Nigerian culture is programmed to believe that persons with certain personal behaviours that they regard as negative cannot be close to God.
He stated that he shocked people who discover that he fasted during the Ramadan period.
In his words, the Marlian Records boss explained;
“With [Nigerian] culture, they don’t think you can have a big bum and be a godly person. They don’t think you can smoke weed and be a son of God. It’s a whole mindset.”
