The arrest which was supposedly ordered by the Presidential Villa was said to have been carried out by the Department of State Services.

HE was said to have been arrested on suspicion of money grafts and diversion of recovered loots. Magu has been the acting Chairman since 2015 due to the National Assembly refusing to solidify his appointment.

However, reports have it that the Acting Chairman wasn’t arrested but invited by a panel to Aso Rock Villa.

Naira Marley who has been embroiled in legal issues with EFCC over supposed fraud in a now-deleted post quoted a line from his controversial song, “Soapy”.

    He wrote,

Ole ni Everybody, eni ile moba sha ni barawo, o’fe shey ika funmi, mi ologun but moni qurani.

Just barely a few minutes after making the post, he deleted it and posted a cryptic message which reads,
