Irish police, gardai have shut down an event that was headlined by the rave of the moment, Naira Marley in Dublin, Ireland.

Naira Marley- Police allegedly shut down singer's event in Dublin.African music artists Naira Marley was due to perform at Lost Lane on Saturday night but Dublin Live reports the venue was cleared out by gardaí before he came on stage.

Nigerian singer, Naira Marley might be enjoying what we called unplanned fame but at the same time, things may not be in favour of him as expected. The gang violence had resulted in the immediate closure of the scene to members of the public.

    According to an eye-witness:

The Irish police arrived on the scene and “drove everyone out” before shutting the show down.

“An African artist ‘Naira Marley’ was headlining a show at Lost Lane yesterday with some other upcoming acts.

“We came for the event which started around 10:30pm.

“People were waiting for the artist to perform when all of a sudden gardai came to the venue, drove everyone out and shut it down.

“Afterwards Garda came in tens and filled everywhere. Everyone was still surprised and curious as to what was going on because no gang attacked or anything.”

“They [the crowd] filled the street around the venue confused as to where to go and some [were] angry at the organizers asking for a refund.”

Gardaí also said they located and seized “a number of offensive weapons” after the youths left the scene.

Meanwhile, Investigations are ongoing, We just hope Naira Marley didn’t land in another problem.
