Naira Marley has talked about his life in the UK before entering the music industry, moving back to Nigeria, and beginning his career.
During an interview with media personality Olisa Adibua, the “Japa” crooner was asked about the kind of employment he was doing prior to becoming a musician.
After the OAP pressed the marlian president to say whether he engaged in any illicit money-making activities while still residing in the UK, Naira came up with a clever response to avoid divulging information that could be used against him.
”What were you doing, legal, illegal, what were you doing?” Adibua asked.
In response, the controversial artiste simply said; ”Making Money”
Naira Marley shot to fame as an artist after releasing Am I a Yahoo Boy in 2019, after which he consequently got arrested and arraigned for an alleged internet scam aka Yahoo Yahoo.
