Nadia Nakai announces first gig after AKA’s death
While lamenting the loss of her beloved, Kiernan AKA Forbes, Nadia Nakai has returned. The rapper announced her two shows on social media, which are on Saturday and Sunday.
As she resumed performing at different gigs, fans consoled her with encouraging words.
“Hey Guys, catch me tonight @rockets.life Bryanston, tomorrow I’m out @montanatheclub and @rockets.menlyn then Sunday I’ll be @konkasoweto. You never ready, until you try. thank you for all the love and support, see you this weekend,” she wrote.
“I am proud of you and just know we will hold your hand if you need us to, and we will keep you in our prayers so that you can get back out there and give it your all. I love you Nads,” a fan comment reads.

It really gave me hope that I will be okay… There are so many genuinely good people out there and I’ll never take it for granted. THANK YOU, guys!”.
