The Managing Director of N-TYZE Entertainment, Ovie Williams has filed an N10m suit against Afropop singer, Humblesmith.
In the suit filed in the High Court of Ogun, Abeokuta Division, Ovie accused Humblesmith of assault and intimidation over a passport “theft” claim.
Recall that Humblesmith had put out a press statement saying that he has exited his record label over their inability to meet his demands.
However, the Label via their Instagram page debunked his claims stating that Humblesmith was still under their label legally as his contract with them hasn’t expired.
They also claimed that Humblesmith was using the Police Force to harass them in order to force them to severe his contract.
