The 31-year-old Jamal Edwards, best known for developing the media platform SBTV and launching a new generation of grime musicians into the limelight, passed away on Sunday morning.

Additionally, Edwards was a director, author, and musician who received the MBE in 2014, when he was only 24 years old, for his efforts in music.
SBTV, Edwards‘ platform that started as a YouTube channel, propelled the careers of several world-famous artists, including Ed Sheeran, Dave, and Jessie J, to name just a few.
An outpouring of love and respect has been offered in memory of Jamal Edwards, who founded the online music platform SB.TV and started the careers of a number of prominent British musicians, including Dave and Jessie J.
