The prestigious MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) is gearing up for another electrifying edition on September 11, 2024, at 1:00 am WAT, live from the UBS Arena in New York, USA and the nominees are in.
Pop sensation Taylor Swift tops the list with an impressive 10 nominations, solidifying her reign as a music industry icon. Close on her heels is rapper Post Malone with nine nods, including eight for his collaboration with Swift and one for his hit single “I Had Some Help” featuring Morgan Wallen.
Ariana Grande, Eminem, and Sabrina Carpenter follow with six nominations each, while Megan Thee Stallion and SZA trail with five nods each. LISA, Olivia Rodrigo, and Teddy Swims round out the list with four nominations each.
