Peter Okoye also known as Mr. P is preparing to sue some banks for enabling fraudsters to open bank accounts in his name without first obtaining verification from him or obtaining anything to authenticate the name.
Mr. P, criticizing how some people are exploiting his name and his business, Zoom to defraud others, recently discovered that some people have registered bank accounts in his name, Peter Okoye of Psquare, without his knowledge and without any verifications.
Peter Okoye was enraged that banks had enabled fraudsters to open a bank account in his name without asking for anything to verify the name given to them, much alone a picture to authenticate the person’s face.
According to him, either some bank employees conspired with the fraudsters to register an account in his name without any form of identification verification, and now people are blaming him for what they and the criminals are doing.

Because this is such a serious crime, Peter Okoye has chosen to sue these institutions and expose them for conspiring with fraudsters to deceive innocent people by opening an account in his name.
He wrote;
“I will soon start calling some banks out! It’s either it’s an inside job or otherwise! I have a name to protect here and save some of this victims! So get ready for me and my legal team!
How can banks allow someone to open an account in the name of PETER OKOYE PSQUARE without valid means of identification”
