Mr Eazi reveals Wizkid’s advice when Jay Z’s Roc Nation offered to sign ‘Skin Tight’
Mr Eazi recently opened up in an interview about the advice Wizkid gave him when Jay Z’s Roc Nation expressed interest in signing his hit song ‘Skin Tight,’ on which he featured Efya.
According to Mr Eazi, when Roc Nation showed interest, Wizkid advised him to only consider the deal if it offered life-changing money.
Taking Wizkid’s advice into consideration and considering his career goals, Mr Eazi decided not to sign the deal, even though the amount may have been considered substantial at that point in his career. This insight into the decision-making process sheds light on the strategic thinking and long-term vision that artists consider in their careers.
“ROC Nation wanted to sign “Skin Tight,” and Wizkid told me to do the deal only if they offer “life changing money.”
