Mohbad’s family reportedly agrees to exhume the late singer’s body for autopsy
The family of the late Nigerian singer, Mohbad, has taken the step of exhuming his body for an autopsy.
Music producer K. Solo shared this update, indicating that the exhumation was scheduled to take place on September 18, either at midnight or in the early morning hours.
In addition to the autopsy, the Police are reported to be gathering statements from the late singer’s parents. The move comes after the Lagos State Police Command established a 13-member committee to investigate the circumstances surrounding the controversial death of the singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, also known as Mohbad, which occurred on September 12.
The decision to conduct an autopsy and investigate the singer’s death underscores the importance of ascertaining the true cause of his passing, particularly given the conflicting information and controversy surrounding the circumstances of his demise.
