American rapper Meek Mill loses phone to pickpockets in Ghana
Meek Mill, an American rapper, has expressed concern on social media about the disappearance of his phone, which he alleges was stolen in Ghana.
Meek Mill who is currently in Ghana for the Afronation concert where he’s a headline artist alongside Nigerian megastar Burna Boy and superstar Asake claims that his phone was stolen from him, and he had to raise an alert to get it back.
On Friday, 30th December 2022, news across Twitter reported that Meek Mill has had his phone stolen and this was confirmed via his Instagram story that his pocket was picked and his phone stolen.
“They pickpocketed me for my phoneeeeeee SMH… Bring that Jawn back if you got it!!!,” the rapper wrote in the post in which he announced the theft and appealed that his Gadget is returned.

Meek Mill touched down in the Gold Coast on the 28th of December for the Afro Nation Festival after a series of tweets in which he’d expressed his desire to visit the African continent for a show.
The rapper had prior to this alarm been having a good time in the country, with videos surfacing online of him riding quad bikes through the street of Ghana.
It’s uncertain whether the phone has been returned by the thieves and also how this experience might Meek Mill’s time in Ghana which he described as living his best life.
