‘Jerusalema‘ by South African music producer, Master KG has been announced as the most Shazamed song in the world by the Apple-owned music and movie discovery application, Shazam.
Shazam via their verified twitter account on the 8th of September 2020 congratulated Master KG for the great feat.
They said;
“Congrats @masterkgsa! #Jerusalema is now the most Shazamed song in the world …”
The song has become one of the biggest songs to thrive this Lockdown period as its dance challenge is taking over the Internet.
Celebrities like Cristiano Ronaldo and Janet Jackson have posted the song on their social media account and it has more than 100 Million views on Youtube.
