Manchester United have officially launched their new third kit ahead of the upcoming 2025/26 Premier League campaign, blending modern design with a nostalgic nod to the club’s history.

The shirt, primarily black, is accented with striking yellow and blue detailing along the collar, shoulder lines, and sleeve cuffs. Its look draws inspiration from the iconic away strip worn between 1993 and 1995 a period that included United’s first-ever league and FA Cup Double in the 1993/94 season.
Front and centre is the Snapdragon logo, continuing the club’s £60 million-per-season partnership with Qualcomm Technologies. Snapdragon branding first appeared on United shirts last season and now features across the home, away, and third kits.

The new design showcases adidas’ classic Trefoil logo in yellow alongside the club crest, which sits inside a shield. The engineered devil-base fabric, authentic three-stripe tape, and flat-knit crew collar and cuffs further enhance the retro feel. According to the club, the return of the Trefoil logo pays tribute to its rich sporting heritage while embracing football’s growing connection to fashion.
United players wore the new kit during early pre-season friendlies before switching to the home strip for subsequent games against Bournemouth, Everton, and Fiorentina. The club has yet to announce when the third kit will make its competitive debut.
