Manchester United & De Gea React To Francis Uzoho’s Performance At Old Trafford.
Following Francis Uzoho’s man-of-the-match performance against Omonia in the UEFA Europa League match at Old Trafford, Manchester United and David De Dea have reacted.
Manchester United reacted to the Super Eagles goalkeeper Francis Uzoho’s outstanding performance on social media.
Even though his team ultimately lost the game in the dying seconds, Uzoho had made a total of 12 incredible saves in the Red Devils’ match against Omonia in the second leg of the UEFA Europa League.
Francis Uzoho wasn’t supposed to play in the match because the Nigerian isn’t the Cyprus team’s first-choice goalkeeper, but as luck would have it, Uzoho took his place because the first-choice goalkeeper was unavailable due to injury.

In his post-game interview, Manchester United‘s shot-stopper David De Gea also commented on Francis Uzoho’s performance.
Of course. I think he [Uzoho] had an amazing game, I think he made eight or 10 great saves for his team in the game but in the end we scored a goal and for sure he made a great game.
I know he played in La Liga in Spain. He had an amazing game and congratulations for him.
