Majeed drags TG Omori for charging him N90m to shoot music video
Emerging Nigerian artist Majeed has caused a stir online by disclosing the substantial fee quoted by renowned music video director TG Omori.
According to Majeed, the well-known director, often referred to as the “Boy Director,” requested a staggering sum of N90 million (equivalent to $100,000) from his team to produce a music video for one of his songs. Majeed took to his official Twitter account to share this information, punctuating his post with laughing emojis to convey his astonishment at the fee.
The ‘Smile For Me’ singer tweeted; “Just remembered that TG charged my team $100k to shoot a music video for me… 90 million naira 😂😂😂”
When asked if they paid, Majeed replied; “I for no even gree if them wan pay.”
