“Just heard the nonsense that dropped yesterday” – Magixx throws hot shade at Ruger over new tracks
-
Magixx makes a veiled dig at Ruger over his recent songs.
Alexander Adelabu, also known as Magixx, has thrown shade at his colleague Ruger following the release of his new songs.
Ruger, who is signed to the Jonzing World record label headed by Don Jazzy’s brother, D’Prince, recently released two songs, ‘Asiwaju‘ and ‘Red Flags.’
Red Flags was originally scheduled for release on Friday, 4th November 2022 but was postponed alongside projects like Wizkid’s More Love Less Ego in response to the loss of Davido and Chioma’s son, Ifeanyi.
Later, the singer announced the new release date for the song and another single which he says is compensation for letting his fans listen to ‘noise’ by saying,
“Just because of all the unnecessary NOISE i let you all listen to last week, I’ve decided to cleanse your ears with TWO SONGS instead ASIWAJU and RED FLAGS ???? ????
Both songs will drop 2PM WAT TOMORROW 15th November plus visuals for RED FLAGS ???? ????”
Ruger, however, threw shade before their release by implying subtly that the music produced by his colleagues is just really noise.
Magixx, who is presently administering Ruger his bitter pill, took to Twitter a few hours ago to express his dissatisfaction with the freshly released music, noting that he was expecting better.

He blatantly tagged the songs as bullshit. Magixx is signed to Don Jazzy’s record label, Mavin Records.
In his words:
“I just hear the bullshit wey drop yesterday, I’m highly disappointed bro, I was expecting better ????????️.”
