    “Made In Lagos”, other albums to expect before the end of 2020

    As 2020 draws closer to an end, a lot of albums are still yet to drop which is why we compiled a list of albums to expect before the year ends.

    Artists like Burna Boy, Tiwa Savage, Patoranking, Fireboy DML, DJ Cuppy blessed us with good albums that we can’t get enough of.

    However, the year is about to get more interesting as Wizkid, Davido, Olamide, and others come through with theirs.

    So here are the albums to expect before the end of 2020;

    Yemi Alade – (Yet to be disclosed)

    Yemi Alade a few weeks ago announced that she would be releasing her fifth album.

    During the lockdown that took place in Nigeria as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, the singer dished out three singles,  “Boyz”, “Poverty (Live Session), “True Love”, her recent single.

    However, she hasn’t announced when she is dropping the album or the title of the album.

    Tekno – Old Romance

    This album is a long overdue one as Tekno has been in the Music Industry for almost a decade but yet to drop a debut album.

    The album title which is been teased as “Old Romance”, not yet confirmed is expected to drop in the month of October.

     

    Niniola – Colors and Sounds

    This would be Niniola’s Sophmore album and it features great artists like Sauti Sol, Busiswa, Femi Kuti, Afro B, and a collaboration with American Music Producer, Timbaland.

    The album drops on the 2nd of October.

    Peruzzi – Rum & Boogie

    This album boasts of an impressive list of artists like Tiwa Savage, Fireboy DML, Wande Coal, Patoranking, Teni, Davido, Dremo, Idowest, and Phyno.

    The album is set to drop any time soon. The album was initially titled “Gaza” with a song bearing the same name which was being produced by Davido.

    However, the tracklist released doesn’t show any song by that name.

     

    Olamide – Carpe Diem

    This is expected to drop in October but not much has been said about it. Olamide has been tight about the information releasing just pictures from video shoots.

    Though he is also expected to release a new song “Greenlight” before the full album drops.

    Wizkid – Made In Lagos

    One of the highly anticipated albums on this list, this project has been in the works for more than two years.

    Damian Marley, Ella Mai, Tems, Starboy Terri, Skepta, Burna Boyare featured on the album.

    “Made In Lagos” would be released on the 15th of October according to Wizkid during the release of his recent song, “No Stress”.

     

    Davido – A Better Time

    Davido has fans fired up with the promise of a new album one year after his last album, “A Good Time”.

    The other reason people are expectant is that Wizkid is set to drop his album any time soon and they can’t wait to compare the too.

    The album is expected to feature Nicki Minaj, Lil Baby, Mayorkun, Olamide, and Tiwa Savage. Davido is still yet to announce a specific date for its release but it been teased to drop in the month of October.
