In a recent interview with the Sunday Sun, the artist spoke about the importance of maintaining a clear line between his personal life and public persona, noting that fame comes with pressures that must be carefully managed.

While acknowledging the overwhelming support he receives from fans, Lojay explained that he has learned to be intentional about the kind of energy he allows into his space.

According to him, setting boundaries is essential—not just for his well-being, but also for preserving the authenticity of his music.

He further revealed that his creative process is deeply rooted in self-awareness, stressing that he avoids making music that feels forced or lacking in substance.

“I appreciate the love, genuinely. But I’ve learned balance—you can’t feed every type of energy. I keep my private life separate from my artistry because once you lose that boundary, the music starts to feel performative instead of real. There was a point where I loved someone deeply but lost myself in the process. That taught me that love should add to you, not erase you. Since then, I’ve written from a place of balance, loving, but with awareness,” he stated.

Reflecting on personal experiences, the singer hinted at lessons learned from past relationships, noting how losing himself in love once shaped his current outlook. He added that those moments have influenced his artistry, allowing him to create music that is both honest and emotionally grounded.

Lojay’s comments highlight a growing trend among modern artists who are choosing intentional living and emotional clarity as they navigate fame without losing their sense of identity.
