    Nigerian singer, Lil Kesh in a vulnerable moment on Twitter shared how he was able to survive depression and fight for his happiness.

    On the 13th of January, the timeline of Twitter was filled with the sad news of a young man who died from suicide which led people to talk about depression and Lil Kesh joined the conversation.

    According to the singer, talking to someone, eating healthy, and praying are the best and proven ways of overcoming depression.

    Speaking further he urged his fans and followers to always be nice to people as they may be going through a lot irrespective of their status.

    “If you’re depressed talk to someone, meditate if you can, eat healthy , exercise often, get enough sleep, pray and ignore those negative voices in your head…..that was how I fought for my happiness. Fight.

    “Some of the richest people you know are poor on the inside, do not be fooled they also cry, mental health is real, be nice to people.” He added.
