    The battle is on for the Digital Artiste of The Year for the Gage Awards 2021.

    Laycon alongside Wizkid, Davido, and others have been nominated for the same category in the Gage Awards, 2021.

    Gage Awards made this known recently via their social media handles.

    The five artistes nominated for the Digital Artiste of the Year awards are;

    Wizkid, Laycon, Davido, Yemi Alade, and Mayorkun.

    Although, this is a big one for Laycon who is set to lock horns with Nigerian afrobeat A-list artistes.

    They wrote;

    “Nigerian music only gets better, all thanks to our fav artistes.
    On the Gage Awards Digital Artiste nominations for the year, we have tight and highly befitting artistes on the stage. @wizkidayo @iammayorkun @itslaycon “

    Voting your favorite artiste as much as possible will get them the award.

    Also, the awards rely on votes, thus icons have a lot to do to get their president the award.
