Nigerian rapper, Laycon finally releases his highly awaited debut album entitled, ‘Shall We Begin.’
Laycon who came to prominence after winning the fifth edition of Big Brother Naija has dropped “Shall We Begin” as his first official album since his 2020 historic win.
The album boasts of a stellar tracklist featuring hitmakers Mayorkun, Joeboy, Teni, Terri and YKB.
The rapper shows off his flow and lyrical ability on the 12-tracks album that promises to cement his place in the music industry.
Previous to the release he had dropped two singles, “Fall For Me” and ‘Wagwan” off the album with the latter finding it’s up the Billboard Triller Chart.
At the start of 2020, Laycon only had one single to his name, the groovy anthem “Fierce”, released shortly after he signed to indie label Fierce Nation Entertainment and featuring Reminisce and Chinko Ekun.

During his time in the house, his label released his EP “Who Is Laycon?” which went viral as his popularity soared on the show.
By the end of the year, his name was on everyone’s lips after he won the fifth season of Nigeria’s widely viewed Reality show Big Brother.
Now he has finally dropped his album which sees the rapper shows off his versatility on songs that are sure to become anthems of the summer.
