Kizz Daniel announces the release date & tracklist for his upcoming album “Maverick”.
Nigerian Afrobeat heavyweight artist Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel is set to dominate the music charts with the release of his new album “Maverick,” as he announced the release date and tracklist for his project.
In a video posted on his social media page on July 24, 2023, Vado gave fans a sneak peek at what they may anticipate from his project and revealed the tracklist. He also announced the project’s release date.
After the releases of “New Era” (2016), “No Bad Song” (2018), and “King of Love” (2020), this album will be Kizz Daniel’s fourth.
“Maverick” is ready to enthrall listeners with its distinctive and unconventional approach, fusing Kizz Daniel’s recognizable sound with avant-garde beats and melodies.
As Kizz Daniel invites listeners to embark on a very intimate and mature musical journey, “Maverick” dives into themes of love, growth, emotion, resilience, and contemplation.
His artistic development is evident in the tracks on the album, which have catchy hooks and insightful lyrics.
As he shares a part of himself that he has long kept hidden, Kizz Daniel bares his soul in this album.

Artists featured on the album include heavy hitters such as U.S.-Latin superstar Becky G, U.K. bred artist Not3s, South Africa’s Nomcebo Zikodi and Jamaica’s Jahmiel with more to be announced.
The announcement comes just a few days after the remix of his popular song “Cough (Odo),” on which he collaborated with Latina/American artist Becky G.
In the music video for the album’s release, Kizz Daniel can be seen sitting at the piano while a woman wearing all-black dances slowly to the album’s songs.
Kizz Daniel’s “Maverick” is scheduled for release on 28th July 2023.
