American Award-winning artist Kendrick Lamar has set a new record with his “Mr Morale & The Big Steppers” album on the Australian music chart.
Mr Morale & The Big Steppers by Kendrick Lamar has made its debut on the Australian chart, soaring to No. 1.
After ‘To Pimp A Butterfly,’ which topped the Australian chart in March 2015, the American rapper’s fifth studio album marks his second ARIA No. 1.

Mr Morale is the follow-up to Damn., which debuted at No. 2 in April 2017 and gave birth to “HUMBLE.” in January 2018, which won triple j’s Hottest 100 countdown.
Despite Kendrick Lamar’s dominance of the current ARIA Albums Chart for the week of May 23, Florence + The Machine’s ‘Dance Fever’ is ranked second.
It’s the band’s seventh Top Three debut, and it follows up on 2018’s High As Hope, which also reached No. 2. ‘Dance Fever’ is currently No. 1 in the United Kingdom.
