Fuji music icon, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, delighted guests at his New Year concert by presenting a N20 million gift to his longest-serving band member, Fatai Oluperi Ayinla, in an unforgettable display of gratitude.

The heartwarming moment unfolded during the “New Year Dance” event, held on January 1, 2025, at the Balmoral Convention Center, Sheraton Ikeja, Lagos.

In front of an enthusiastic crowd, KWAM 1 took the opportunity to honor Ayinla for his exceptional dedication and invaluable contributions to the band’s success throughout the years.

The moment was met with rapturous applause as the legendary musician presented the substantial gift, acknowledging Ayinla’s loyalty and pivotal role in the band’s journey.

To further mark the occasion, Nollywood actor and producer of “Seven Doors,” Femi Adebayo, added his gesture of appreciation, donating N500,000 to Ayinla in recognition of his long-standing service and commitment.
