Nigerian pop sensation, Jaywillz has unlocked a new studio body of work titled, Sunflower (EP)

The project is solidly an Afropop 6-track extended play with no feature.
On Sun Flower, Jaywillz sticks with that winning formula to create a project that’s an ideal soundtrack for the love-stricken, overflowing with tracks that run the romantic gamut from delicate, sweet nothings (“Baby”) to more sensual, after-dark moods (“Spoils”).

“Medicine,” a midtempo anthem of comfort between lovers released in 2021, combines Igbo traditional music elements with current sounds to propel Jaywillz to stardom. It was the highlight track on Love or the Word, his follow-up to P.U.N., which was released in 2020. (Please Underrate Nobody). In the same year, a catchy melody with comparable systematic finessing on veteran Olamide’s “Jailer” did wonders for his reputation.
