Isreal DMW comes to the defence of Davido amid Dammy Krane’s debt call out
Isreal DMW, Davido’s logistic manager, has defended his boss and chastised Dammy Krane for being ungrateful amid songwriting debt saga.
Mp3bullet.ng previously reported that Dammy Krane had called out his colleague, Davido, over an alleged royalties debt.
The singer, whose career had taken a nosedive, alleged that the multiple award-winning music sensation had yet to pay him for their then-hit song, Pere.
He shared a previous tweet from Davido in which the artist thanked Dammy Krane for writing the song Pere with him.
Dammy Krane claimed that he had reached out to the artist several times over the years but had received no answer. He continued by saying that he had no desire to openly criticise the singer.
Dammy Krane wrote:
“My blood @davido run the check. I don reach out to people over the years based on split sheet & outstanding. No response, we no gats dey get thus convo here”.
Dammy Krane shared an official photo of 30BG in a new post, as he christened the group ’30 Broke Gang.’ Dammy mocked Davido’s catchphrase by saying that he was tearing people down rather than bringing them up.
Isreal DMW weighed in on the situation and questioned how Davido could be owed money by Dammy when he had previously paid thousands of dollars to have the “Amin” crooner released from a US prison.
Israel wrote:
“Oga his owing you money? How na? Someone who spent thousands of dollars to make sure you were free? When you got hooked in US ooh? Hmmmm”.

Isreal isn’t the only one from Davido’s camp to weigh into the saga.
Davido’s signee, Peruzzi had offered to weigh into the saga. Taking to his Twitter account, Peruzzi revealed he was headed to Banana Island, where Davido lives to meet with him.
He claimed that he was going there, to go plead on his behalf as the good guy he was.
Peruzzi added that Dammy Krane should keep his gratitude. Though he didn’t mention his name, many figured out that he was referring to Dammy Krane.
“Na this boy matter dey carry me go Banana like this. I wan go help am beg. As a good guy wey I be. Keep your “thank you”.
