I don’t have the strength to be with one woman – Don Jazzy Opens Up on Love and Monogamy

Renowned Nigerian music producer and Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy, has shared his unfiltered perspective on love, relationships, and monogamy, admitting he doesn’t believe he’s wired for exclusive commitment to one woman.
Speaking in a candid interview with Nancy Isime, the veteran music executive revealed that he finds it difficult to stay emotionally or romantically committed to just one person, no matter how beautiful or special she might be.
“I don’t believe I am strong enough to be with one person,” Don Jazzy said. “I think people will run away from me being truthful. I will not be dating you and tell you you are the only person.”
He added that he genuinely admires people who can maintain such singular devotion in relationships, saying their ability to stay focused on one partner is admirable, but not something he identifies with.
“Some people have this thing where, once they are dating someone, the attraction to others just disappears. I hail you people. But me, you’re a beautiful lady, it doesn’t stop me from admiring madam that is over there…”
Don Jazzy’s brutally honest remarks have sparked online conversations about romantic expectations, commitment, and the complexities of modern love, especially from someone in the spotlight who is admired by many.
The 41-year-old producer has often kept details of his private life low-key, making his openness on this topic both surprising and refreshing for fans who rarely hear him speak about matters of the heart.
