In a candid post on his X (formerly Twitter) account, Mr Eazi addressed a question that many fans have likely pondered: how he feels about the potential of losing his wealth. He explained that he’s not afraid of going broke because he has experienced it multiple times before.

Mr Eazi dominated the music scene with a steady stream of hits for nearly a decade before realizing he felt empty while performing.
This epiphany came after his 2019 performance at Coachella, prompting him to rethink his career path and begin transitioning from musician to businessman.
Fortunately, he had a powerful mentor in his future father-in-law, Femi Otedola, the CEO of Forte Oil, to guide him as he learned the ropes of business administration.
Leveraging this insight, Mr Eazi founded emPawa Africa, a record label that now manages some of the continent’s most successful artists, including Joeboy.
In addition to his record label, Mr Eazi launched “Zagadat Capital,” an investment fund focused on supporting Africa-founded companies.
These strategic moves have elevated him to billionaire status. Reflecting on his journey, the former musician confidently states that he’s not afraid to go broke, having faced financial struggles before and overcoming them, which has erased any fear of losing his wealth.
