    On Monday, May 29, South African singer-songwriter Lady Zamar, real name Yamikani Janet Banda, posted photos of herself having a great time eating and drinking to her timelines. Controversial music executive Nhamulo “Nota Baloyi” shot his shot” with her in the comment section, which caught the attention of Twitter users.

    Twitter users disagreed in the comments section after Nota Baloyi tried his luck with Lady Zamar and fired his shot at her.

    Since he divorced his wife, singer Bertia (actual name Gugulethu Khumalo), Nota has gained popularity. After harassing the Thandolwethu hitmaker online, he was prohibited from accessing Twitter. He continued to stay at the top of the Twitter trends list with his viral Tweeps after accusing various celebrities of being involved in the plot to kill the late, murdered rapper, also known by his real name Kiernan Jarryd Forbes.

    Given that Nota just attempted to openly take his shot with Lady Zamar, it appears he is not yet ready to cease being a trending subject online. The singer of the hit song “Love Is Blind” uploaded photos of herself dining out and wrote, “Food and fun…that’s the tweet”.

    Nota decided this was the appropriate time to strike with her, adding, “What phone are you using, damn? Lovely pictures… [Are] you sure you’re not on the menu? You’re looking edible. Dessert!”

    Since being attacked by Mzansi for claiming that her ex-boyfriend, artist Sjava whose real name is Jabulani Hadebe has raped her, Lady Zamar has been keeping a low profile. After their performance at the Royal Heritage Festival in Limpopo in September 2017, she reportedly claimed that the Ngempela hitmaker had sexually assaulted her in his hotel room in Thohoyandou, according to Drum. The case, reportedly, was dismissed for a lack of proof.

    Nota’s bold move was not a surprise to Twitter followers when they read it in the comment section of his post about trying his luck with Lady Zama. They congratulated him for making the shot and issued a warning to keep his distance from the Collide hitmaker.
