Ice Prince shares his first message following his bail from prison
Ice Prince Zamani, a well-known rapper, has sent his first message since his release from Ikoyi Prison following his detention by Nigerian law enforcement.
Upon multiple allegations and suspicions surrounding his detention, rapper Ice Prince Zamani delivered his first comments on Twitter following his release from police custody yesterday, Thursday, September 15, 2022, in a post on his social media platform.
Recall that Mp3bullet.ng reported that Ice Prince was detained for allegedly attacking a police officer.
According to a statement released by the spokesperson of the Lagos State Police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin, the music star abducted and threatened to throw an officer into the river after he was stopped for driving without a license.

“At 3 am today, @Iceprincezamani was stopped for driving without license plates. He agreed to be taken to the station. He, thereafter, abducted the police officer in his car, assaulted him and threatened to throw him in the river. He has been arrested and would be arraigned today,” he tweeted.
The music star was later arraigned and remanded at the Ikoyi Prison.
However, he was eventually released from detention after posting the 500 000 naira bail ordered by the court with the help of two reliable sureties.
However, the case has been postponed until October 24, 2022.
The ‘Aboki’ crooner, who had not posted on his social media platform since August 2022, shared his first words today that read:
