“I won’t go anywhere” – Portable replies Ogun state police after they declared him wanted

Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, widely known as Portable, has responded to the public declaration of his being wanted by the Ogun State police for allegedly assaulting and obstructing officials of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
On February 18, 2025, the Ogun State police force released an official wanted poster across social media, confirming that a warrant for his arrest had been issued by a magistrate court in Ogun State. The news quickly spread, sparking reactions from fans and observers alike.
In response, the ‘Zazuu’ hitmaker shared a series of defiant posts on his Instagram page, challenging the police to provide proof of the allegations against him. The singer denied the accusations, boasting that he had not taken anyone’s life, and warned that any harm done to him would lead to serious consequences.
Portable’s Instagram stories continued with a series of brash comments. He declared that he does not go where he is not appreciated, adding, “They should kill me so that everywhere can scatter.” The Zeh Nation boss lashed out at those pursuing him, calling them “evil” and questioning why they wanted to tarnish his reputation.
The singer further claimed that his glory would bring ruin to his enemies, asserting that their efforts to disgrace him would ultimately backfire.
His statements show no sign of him backing down, leaving fans and critics to await further developments in this unfolding drama.
