Portable Files Police Petition Against VeryDarkMan Over Theft Allegation and Diss Track
Controversial street-hop artist Portable has taken legal action against outspoken activist VeryDarkMan, following a heated online feud that escalated with the release of diss tracks from both parties.
The drama began when VeryDarkMan publicly accused Portable of having been involved in a tricycle theft incident, a claim he reiterated in a diss track where he labeled the singer a thief.
Portable responded with a scathing track of his own, firing back with personal insults and unverified claims about VeryDarkMan’s past.
Now, the Zazoo Zeh crooner has taken things a step further by involving law enforcement. In a video shared online, Portable revealed that he has officially filed a police petition in Abuja, demanding VeryDarkMan’s arrest.
“I don write petition against VeryDarkMan make them pick am from Abuja,” Portable declared. “If dem no carry am jail am, Nigeria no go better. Na him be say Nigeria don Jaga Jaga…”
The escalating war of words has caught public attention, with many watching to see whether the authorities will respond to Portable’s demand and if this marks the beginning of legal consequences for social media-fueled beefs in Nigeria’s entertainment space.
