The 2024/25 football season will forever be etched in the memory of Harry Kane — and for all the right reasons.
After years of near misses and heartbreaks, the English striker finally lifted silverware, clinching his long-awaited first major trophy: the Bundesliga title with Bayern Munich.

But the celebrations didn’t stop there.
Kane doubled his joy by being crowned Bundesliga Player of the Season, capping off a phenomenal campaign where he didn’t just meet expectations — he shattered them.
With 26 league goals to his name, Kane claimed the Torjägerkanone for a second consecutive season, proving yet again that age is just a number and class is permanent.
Speaking after receiving his award, a visibly elated Kane shared:
“To be named Player of the Season is a great achievement. There are some amazing players here in the league. And to do it in the same year we won the title as well just makes it that little bit more special. It means a lot.
Big thanks to the club here, all my teammates, all the staff, because without them, of course, it wouldn’t be possible. I’m gonna enjoy it because I’ve worked extremely hard this season, so everything like this is just an added bonus.”
And rightly so. Kane’s impact extended beyond just goals — he also tallied eight assists, bringing his total Bundesliga goal contributions to 34.
Across Europe’s top five leagues, only Liverpool’s Mo Salah recorded more direct goal involvements this season (46), making Kane’s numbers all the more impressive.
At 33, Harry Kane isn’t just winning trophies — he’s redefining what peak performance looks like in the twilight years of a career. And after a season like this, one thing’s for sure: the best may still be yet to come.
