Jaywon’s artist, Hardvantage sheds more light on the D’banj song saga
Upcoming singer and Hypeman, Hardvantage has taken to Instagram to share how D’Banj stole lyrics, “your face show“.
Hardvantage who is signed to Jaywon’s Next World Label dropped a song called “Your Face Show” in February.
The song has the lyrics “Your Face Show, Your Shoe Shine” in it.
Surprisingly, D’banj recently released a song titled “Face Show” which also has the same lyrics.
Jaywon at first took to his Instagram story to call D’banj over the infringement revealing that the “Oliver Twist” crooner had tried to get them to remove Hardvantae from streaming platforms but they declined.

The Hypeman stated that he refused because he and his team has already spent a lot trying to promote the song.
Captioning the video, he wrote;
“It is ethical rottenness and intellectual corruption to steal other’s content. It discourages creativity, kills productivity, and is an insult to the sensibilities of the original content owner.
“Your Face Show, Your Shoe Shine” ( SONG ) is a product of my hard work, sleepless nights, and so on. I have invested my resources in promoting it; I have invested the whole of me in creating it. Robbing me of my work is equivalent because you are a big act is an intimidation at best and cruelty at worst.”
