    Gospel Music Legend Solly Moholo Passes Away at 65 After Battling Illness.

    Renowned gospel musician Solomon Molokoane, affectionately known as Solly Moholo, passed away at 65. The legendary singer died in hospital after months of struggling with illness.

    The heartbreaking news was shared on Solly’s official Facebook page by his team, who posted a statement on behalf of the Molokoane family.

    “It is with great sadness that we inform you, on behalf of the Molokoane family, that our beloved gospel legend, SollyMoholo, has sadly passed away,” the statement read.

    The post revealed that Solly had been hospitalized after becoming ill during his pre-album launch tour in Botswana. “He will be deeply missed. May his laughter continue to resonate in heaven. Let us cherish the healing music he gave us over the years,” the statement continued.

    The family has requested privacy as they mourn and prepare for the burial of Ntate SollyMoholo. Further details about his memorial and funeral will be shared soon on all official Solly Moholo platforms.
