The singer has hit another career milestone with his tune ‘Peru’ as his global run keeps getting better by each day.
The Afrobeats star’s smash tune “Peru“, which features Grammy-award winning singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist Ed Sheeran, has gone gold in the United States of America.
The new feat comes a few days after the song went platinum in the United Kingdom.

According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on April 14th, 2022, ‘Peru’ officially sold more than 500,000 units in the US, hence why it is now a gold-certified record.
Recall, The afrobeats star’s smash single “Peru,” which features Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist Ed Sheeran recently got platinum certification in the United Kingdom.
The song, which is now a British certified platinum single, has sold over six hundred thousand (600,000) units in the United Kingdom.
