YBNL singer, Fireboy DML has opened up on the inspiration behind some of his hit songs notably the ones that deal with heartbreaks.
Fireboy DML is known for his love songs but not all of them are Happily ever after songs, some are about the heartbreaks he experiences in relationship
However, the ‘Tattoo’ crooner via a post on his Twitter account has now revealed how he used other people’s story to compose his songs.
According to him, all his heartbreak songs are stories of other people, as he added that he has never been heartbroken.

Also talking about one of the songs, “Tattoo” from his “Apollo” album, the singer revealed that he wasn’t honry when he wrote the sexually charged song.
When asked if he was horny when shooting the video, he said;
“now, that’s debatable.”
He also said that “Like I DO” off his first album, “Laughter, Goosebumps and Tears” is a bit toxic than he would like to admit.
He said that when writing “King”, he had to wonder if the song was about self worth or if his narcisst side was at play.
