Nigerian Afrobeat artist Adedamola Adefolahan, known professionally as Fireboy DML, has shared a snippet of his forthcoming album, which is scheduled for release in 2022.
The singer took to his social media platform to share a snippet for a new song which is believed to be off his unreleased project.
Following the massive success of ‘Play Boy,’ Fireboy seems to be focused on keeping his promise of releasing an album in 2022, as a new snippet is a clear indicator of that.

In other news, The Afrobeats star’s smash tune “Peru“, which features Grammy-award winning singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist Ed Sheeran, has gone gold in the United States of America.
The new feat comes a few days after the song went platinum in the United Kingdom.
According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on April 14th, 2022, ‘Peru’ officially sold more than 500,000 units in the US, hence why it is now a gold-certified record.
