Nigerian artist Fireboy DML has joined the Boomplay Golden Club after surpassing over 100 million streams on the platform.
The Nigerian superstar, Adedamola Adefolahan, known professionally as Fireboy DML has joined Burna Boy and Olamide in the Boomplay Golden Club with over 100 million streams on the platform.
His 2019 debut album, Laughter, Tears, and Goosebumps is his most streamed body of work, with 58 million streams, while his most recent song, Peru, is his most-streamed single, with 14.9 million streams.

According to an in-depth analysis of data, Fireboy’s music has been included in 1884 playlists and is now being consumed via the platform in 107 countries across the world.
Recall, The Afropop sensation’s sophomore album, Apollo, was released in 2020, and it had instant hits like Champion and Tattoo.
By 2021, the R&B album had amassed over 57 million streams on Boomplay, propelling Fireboy into the Golden Club.
In other news, the talented singer was recently spotted in the studio working on a collaboration with another singer, Harrysong.
In the video sighted by Mp3bullet.ng, Fireboy DML and Harrysong are shown in the studio with their respective crews, alongside Olamide grooving to their recently recorded collab.
According to Harrysong, the song is titled “She Knows” and would be coming out in the month of December.
