The minister of Aviation, Hadi Sarika said that the Flight company that was responsible for conveying Naira Marley to Abuja would be banned.
According to a news report by The Cable News, the Minister of Aviation revealed that the flight was approved for another purpose.
This information was revealed during a Presidential task force on COVID-19 briefing. The Minister said that the company has been suspended indefinitely.
He also said that the captain would be sanctioned for giving out false information.
Naira Marley was involved in a scandal after he performed in a concert was initially advertised as a drive-thru concert but turned into a festival as Nigerians flouted presidential regulations on COVID19
