The talented Nigerian singer and songwriter GodsFavour Chidozie, popularly known as Fave, has recounted how she met the legendary Nigerian rapper Olamide and ended up being featured on his album.
The vocalist, who was already making waves underground, received much-deserved attention after appearing on Olamide’s album ‘UY Scuti’ on a song titled ‘Pon Pon.’
Speaking on the lunchtime broadcast on Beat FM, Fave stated that she got discovered by Olamide because of her trending freestyle.

She claimed that Baddo brought her to the studio after the freestyle and that she walked in on him working on “Pon pon,” which they reworked to fit a Caribbean vibe.
During the interview, the singer, who recently released a body of work dubbed ‘Riddim 5,’ also revealed that she is still in school, among other interesting issues.
The singer also reveals that she wrote all her recent Ep and she cannot pick her favourite among the 5 tunes.
