    Despite being a frequent traveler, South African DJ Uncle Waffles has faced backlash on social media for an appearance.

    Ouch! US social media trolls made Uncle Waffles their target when she appeared in a popular video, criticizing their looks.

    The Swaziland-born singer became a trending topic on Twitter and Instagram after a video of her shopping at a US jewelry store surfaced.

    Funnily, The DJ’s hair, makeup, teeth, and nails came under fire.

    In the video, Waffles is seen promoting Ice Box, a jewelry chain with locations in Atlanta, New York, and Miami. The DJ was uploaded on the official Instagram page. He had earlier been spotted buying like crazy in one of the showrooms.

    You can hear her remark in the video, “Make sure you come to grab your ice [jewelry]. I’m coming to grab my ice in the same manner. on the website Ice Box.

    Uncle Waffles was unaware that many social media users, notably those from the US, had criticized her looks as a result of the video.

    This included remarks about her missing artificial nails, glue-on platinum blonde wig, teeth, and makeup.
