Runtown replies fan who expresses concern over his absence
A young woman who expressed concern about Nigerian artiste Runtown’s apparent disappearance from the music scene posted a message she received from him on Instagram.
In May 2022 and July 2021, the fan known as Abby sent him DMs inquiring about his health and expressing how much his followers missed him.
”Hi Runtown. Hope you’re good, your fans miss you so sooo much. I really hope you’re good,” she wrote.
Runtown however did not reply until June 2022 and the message came as a relief to Abby who was overly excited.

His message didn’t disclose the reason for his absence but just as an acknowledgement to her checking up on him.
Abby shared a screenshot of the DM and captioned; ”Omg he replied”
The singer has been noticeably absent from the music scene since 2021. The last time fans heard any major news about him was when he dropped the tracklist to his forthcoming album, “Signs” and his rumoured breakup with the model, Adut Akech.
