BBNaija Erica to join former housemates in entering the music industry
‘Erica’ Ngozi Nlewedim nicknamed Star girl, a former BBNaija “Lockdown” disqualified housemate, has veered into the music industry.
She announced this on her Instagram profile, adding music to her list of sources of income.
Star girl recounted progressing from merely singing karaoke to eventually creating a song that will be published on Friday, September 20.
She gave a heads-up to her fans and lovers about the upcoming song, which she characterised as a mashup of Amapiano and mellow house music.
Erica wrote: “From karaoke to actually releasing a song! I went into the studio and made a beautiful song with @djjavaofficial a blend of chill house music and amapiano. It drops on Friday, 30th September….”.

Erica won’t be the first BBNAija housemate to venture into music. The reality show is known for producing a lot of musicians from the likes of Efe to Bisola, Teddy A, Laycon, VeeIye, and White Money among others.

In other news, The winner of Big Brother Naija 2021, Hazel Oyeze Onou, also known as White Money, has signed a management contract with Empire Mates Entertainment (EME).
White Money announced the news on his verified Instagram profile on Tuesday, September 20.
White Money shared photos from the official signing and also revealed that he has some songs which will be released on the 23rd.
He wrote; ”Now that we are in good hands, let the music flow.
