Erik Ten Hag slams two Man United players after win over Omonia.
Manchester United football manager Erik Ten Hag has slammed two of Man United’s players after their win over Omonia in the Europa League.
Ten Hag criticized Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia for their actions during Thursday night’s 3-2 Europa League victory over Omonia Nicosia.
The home team took the lead in the opening period, but Marcus Rashford scored twice and Anthony Martial added another to give Manchester United the lead they needed to win.

Malacia and Sancho abandoned the ship and were replaced. The former Ajax manager expressed his concern with his team’s left flank during the first 45 minutes of play.
Ten Hag was questioned about whether Sancho and Malacia’s substitutions were due to their involvement in Omonia Nicosia’s opening goal. Ten Hag responded: “It was not what I was unhappy with.
“It was the movement with our ball, the width on the left side, for me it was not a good first half.
“The movement from behind the defending line, so I hoped with Luke and Marcus we could get more effect from that and in my opinion that happened.”
