Warri-Born Rapper, Erigga has given his two cents on the concept of marriage.
In an interview with Hiptv, Erigga made it known that Marriage isn’t for everyone and no one should be forced into it.
According to the rapper who recently got married, marriage requires commitment and not everyone can stick to it. He also made it known that he sees no wrong in having children outside of marriage as he had one before getting married.
On the issue of Divorce, the father of one said it wasn’t a big deal and that if a couple realizes marriage isn’t working for them, they should separate and move on.
In the interview, the “Motivation” crooner also disclosed that he intends on venturing into technology to help create a product that could benefit the life of Nigerians.
He said that Technology was the new oil in Nigeria.
When asked about his thoughts on the third wave of COVID-19, the rapper said that no matter the wave or phase of the virus, it has impacted everyone’s life especially artists.
He said that despite the challenges posed by the virus to the music industry, he has been able to survive it all.
His advice to upcoming artists was to find whatever works for them and understand the music, music business and music industry.
He said that understanding these three aspects would an artist decide whether he wants to join a label or be independent.

Erigga blamed the lack of proper structure for record labels and artists having messy splits. He also blamed greed on the part of every individual involved in a music contract.
He said that he was appreciative that his contract with his former label, Emirate records went well, also disclosing that he won’t be signing any artist to his newly launched label any time soon.
Describing his record label as more of a management company, he revealed that he has an album titled “The Chaos” in the works.
