Emtee Reveals When He Plans To Stop Rapping

The newest rapper to come forward and announce his intention to stop rapping is Emtee. Emtee said on Twitter that he plans to retire from rap music at the age of 55.

Emtee made it clear that he will continue to promote music in the meantime despite announcing when he wants to retire. The rapper declared that whatever he does will be done in memory of his deceased idol AKA.

In the SA hip-hop scene, Emtee and AKA got along great. The two-time father stated categorically that AKA is responsible for making it possible to be recognised in culture. This happened after Wizkid and Supa Mega appeared on Roll Up (Re-up).

Fans were thrilled to find that Emtee also contributed to the long-awaited Mass Country album once it was released. The song Crown, which the self-described Hustler collaborated on with AKA, got an enormous amount of support from SA hip hop fans.
In contrast, Emtee is yet to release an album this year, and his supporters have been patiently waiting for it despite repeated delays. The rapper has not yet revealed the details of his body of work, including the release date for DIY 3. “DIY3 is the talk of the nation,” he has assured supporters, “and I will produce the best music project.
