In 2018, Mr Eazi started the #EmPawa100, a program he created for upcoming artists. Then in 2019, launched emPawa Africa, a talent incubation initiative to nurture and support up-and-coming artists in Africa.
emPawa is an initiative created by Mr Eazi with one simple mission; Helping New artists reach their full potential musically by equipping them with Knowledge and funding to do so.
It acts like a Label, providing services like Distribution, A&R, Marketing and Touring.
The Initiative has been successful in launching promising acts with Joeboy and J.Derobie being its standout stars. It also houses Music Producers, Established Artists, and Disc Jockeys.

DJ Neptune ft Joeboy, Mr Eazi – Nobody
DJ Neptune is a successful Disc Jockey and powerful brand to reckon with when it comes to music and entertainment in Nigeria, West Africa. He enlisted the help of Joeboy and Mr Eazi on his hit single, “Nobody”. The song is DJ Neptune’s successful song so far.
Joeboy – Call
Joeboy was the first artist to participate in emPawa Africa, the talent incubator and mentorship program founded by Mr Eazi.
In a little over a year’s time, JOEBOY has gone from recording cover songs in his college dorm to becoming one of African music’s brightest new stars, topping streaming charts and touring the continent with an improbable run of smashes.
Joeboy launched 2020 with “Call,” his forthcoming album’s lead single, that introduces a darker, more urgent edge to his sound.
E kelly ft Joeboy – Oreke
Emmanuel Kelechi Nwosu (born August 3rd, 1980), known in the music industry as E Kelly is a Nigerian music and record producer, songwriter, sound engineer, and A&R to Banku Music and emPawa Africa. He was born in Jos and has been an active record producer since 2001.
His recent EP, “No Secrets” features the melodious Afro&B of ‘Oreke’ which shows the simmering, yet sharp musical ability of Joeboy to celebrate the irresistible charm of a woman.
King Promise – Sisa
King Promise whose real name is Gregory Bortey Newman is an award winning Ghanaian singer and songwriter.
J.Derobie – Ginger Me
A product of Accra, Ghana, J.DEROBIE represents a new breed of African music act, equal parts dancehall star, and afro beats ambassador.
J.DEROBIE was discovered through Mr Eazi’s emPawa Africa program, an initiative to mentor and develop emerging African artists.
