Ghanaian singer and multiple award-winner, Efya, has confidently asserted her position as one of the best performers in Africa.
During an interview on Hitz FM with Andy Dosty on November 16, 2023, Efya emphasized that she consistently gives her best whenever she’s called upon to perform.
When asked about her ability to thrive as an independent artist, Efya credited her success to divine favor and her commitment to delivering stellar performances.
She stated, “God has been good, and every opportunity I get to perform anywhere, I make sure that I put my best foot forward so I’m invited back, and through that, I get more gigs.”
Efya further expressed her belief in being one of the best performers in Africa, asserting that her dedication to excellence justifies such confidence.
In addition to discussing her career, Efya addressed the limited involvement of female investors in the music industry in Ghana. She issued a plea for more active participation from female investors, highlighting the scarcity of women as financial backers for musicians.
